Getting started

1. Insert the SIM card
2. Connect to the network (if you need to choose, it will likely be one of CCC event, 901 70, 38c3, NOR 70)
   • If it does not connect automatically, try explicitly enabling 2G and/or triggering a manual network search.
3. Go to guru3.eventphone.de
4. Log in or register a new account
5. Register a new extension as “GSM handset”
6. Click on the key icon and dial the displayed number
7. ???
8. PROFIT!

Frequently Questioned Answers

4G / mobile data is not working

• Check that you have set the APN to internet (see below). Your phone might not set it automatically.

What is the APN?

I want the Admin PIN for my SIM Card

• Write to ticket@c3gsm.de and include the IMSI or ICCID of the card.

What is the PUK of my card?

• PUK for SIMs distributed at CCCamp 2023 and later is 12345678
• For everything else write a mail to ticket@c3gsm.de. Include the IMSI or ICCID of the card.

How do I find the ICCID or IMSI of my card?

• ICCID:
  • iPhone: Settings → General → About, scroll down to ICCID.
  • Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status. On Samsung phones: Settings → About phone → Status information → SIM card status. Menu names vary between manufacturers.
• IMSI: Only during an event. Dial *#101# while connected to our network.
